Rugeley Laundrette

This rating is based upon my experience the day I visited the launderette and not the facilities of the laundrette. The laundrette has many machines that do various weights and each costing a different amount. I paid £5 for one wash (didn't have the right change and there is no change machine) and £3 for another.
Washers worked well and fast. I was disappointed that at 5pm, there was no attendant and no change machine, but mostly I was put off from ever returning to this laundrette after being watched and stalked by 2 youths in hoodies hanging around outside, peering in and making a single woman on her own feel very vunerable. I do not feel this is a safe location for anyone on their own, although the laundrette was clean and the machines did a great job.

Good for money, friendly staff however the washing machine didn't clean clothes properly on two occasions.
Opening times states from 8:00-20:30
This is also online, sign up on the door and also engraved on the glass window.
Not impressed at all...
As it states this online drive down only to find it closes at 20:00 and not 20:30.
( I'm not impressed at all not very good for business clearly needs updating asap. Called the number who also confirmed it shuts at 20:00🙄)

Just moved to area my washing machine broke...I was lucky found this on Google....I was greatful..also when I rung up ask prices etc how work girl I spoke to Friday was honest past my details to someone else more knowledge he rung me back ASAP and he was very helpful

Got make another trip there Monday glad not too far....

Wonderful laundrette, good selection of various machines, clean & well looked after. Lovely community atmosphere. Very helpful & hard working staff for service washes.

Absolutely brilliant laundrette,clean machines,clean floors.washed clothes beautifully.we travelling the country on our boat using laundrette as we go,this one was top! Kind and helpful lady working there.
