St James Launderette

Excellent laundrette abs amazing staff/owners. Always friendly , helpful and cheerful. Competitively priced and nothing is every too much of an issue.

Having read the reviews of this launderette I wonder if the person who works there has changed. I have visited on 2 occasions recently and the lady attendant is extremely rude. Zero customer service and basic politeness. The worst I’ve ever come across. She needs to go on a course or be replaced

Had a duvet washed perfectly for £15. Dropped off Saturday and returned Monday. The duvet had had an accident with the cat so was stained and smelly - no sign of either now. Better than having to buy a new one.

Great service. Dropped 3 bags of laundry off at 9.30am and it was washed, dried and folded by 2.30, ready for me to collect. No issues whatsoever. Many thanks!

Really excellent service. The chap who did my duvets was so helpful and washed & dried them in a couple of hours even though they were really busy 👍

Very professional and friendly service always from Ellaine.
I have to say Ellaine always try to entertain my son, since he is only two. I have been using them for the last 5 years, no complaints at all.

Rang the staff at the launderette and the woman who answered the phone was absolutely useless. I wanted to ask what service did they provide and she just put the phone down. Poor poor costumer service.
