Creases Wet & Dry Cleaning Service

Came home from weekend away, an puppy 🐶 had left a pressie on my duvet, took it to Sue who did a fantastic job, smells lovely, plus she got me a storage bag to keep it safe from him.
Thanks Sue x wouldn't use any other dry cleaners

Got my ironing done, good service, bit expensive from where I normally go tho.

But overall, a good service, very happy.

Great service at a good price

Just had a long coat and my jacket cleaned and creases have done an amazing job on them. I'd left them far too long to be cleaned, They now look brand new ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ thank you

Went here after reading reviews whilst waiting for my 9kg washing machine to be repaired. When I queried what the pricing was on a phone call I was told it was determined by weight,so I took my clothes along to be washed.

I took the equivalent of 2 loads max of dark washing and requested they were washed on a 30 degree temp with a really good spin.
As some of the items require air drying I wanted them to be as dry as possible before I collected them, I was also drying them myself at home.
The clothes were weighed and given and extortionate price tag of £24 to be washed ONLY and using their products as I had forgotten my own.

I left them to be washed and collected as i did not have time to go elsewhere. I also had to go back home to get my debit card to withdraw cash as they do not take card payments. Such an inconvenience as I do not live local, and could have also been mentioned on the call prior to me going.
I collected my clothes and brought them home in 2 not very strong bags, one ripped from the car to the front door.
I took my clothes from the bags and couldn't believe how wet they still were.

I was not impressed as I could have handwashed them and saved money. The two main reasons for taking them in the first place due to my machine breaking and being told they would get a good spin. The clothes didn't smell of anything at all no fresh just washed smell, infact they were just extremely wet. The only reason I could tell they had actually been washed is because the mud on my hiking clothes had gone.

I gave this 2 stars purely based on the lady who was there when I collected my items (different to drop off), very friendly and helpful.

Overall, not impressed. Musty smell on entering the shop, overpriced for the service I recieved, was not given what was assured to me after asking several times.
Would not use again and most definitely would not recommend.

Brilliant service. My brother's dog had a wee on my king size 2piece duvet total tog 15. Collected yesterday returned today. Spotless clean and smells lovely. Brilliant value.

Unfortunately used here 3 times now because its right by my house, 1st time it was ok but 2nd time in June my suit came back missing a pocket handkerchief missing which matches the suit lining and then when I took the same suit in this week the price had changed and gone up by 25% and when I brought up the handkerchief I got a very un heartfelt sorry and not even an offer of a discount which frankly you lose something i would have expected to get the next clean for free not 25% more. extremely disappointing. I guess I will have to go further away next time.

Fabulous service.. we havent had a washing machine for a while as getting works done.. nothing is too much trouble. All my washing come back all clean, fresh and ready to go straight to the wardrobe.. i felt spoilt. Thanks for the brilliant service !
