Smarty Pant Dry Cleaners London

Our washing machine at home broke, we turned up here close to closing time (7:30 pm) with two massive bags of washing. The staff were very helpful, and stayed open an extra half hour for us!

Weird decor, but we got a lot of washing done when we needed it and the staff are great.

I have been using this Laundrette for over a year now.

The chap who owns it is always incredibly helpful and has a lot of experience and able to advise. He has a lifetime of leather repair and manufacture behind him.

They are very reasonable and quick - if you are in a hurry, they will generally bump you up the queue to get things back to you in time.

I've used them for:

Dry cleaning
Replacing the lining in a blazer
Sewing hanging loops in jackets
Taking trousers down
Taking jackets in
Ironing
Reworking leather trousers with zip and elastic.

A great example of a great local business.

I am quite disappointed with Smarty Pant’s customer service. My father went this morning to do service wash and there were 2 staff, one man and a lady who disrespected my old father. They told him they cant do the job because it’s too busy. However he looked around and saw that 3 of the machines amd 2 of the dryers were empty. They after start giggling and chatting while ignoring my father. He asked for Mr Patel and they said that he’s gone away for 6 months. I am apalled with Smarty Pants and do not recommend anyone to go there as the staff are very rude.

Friendly neighbourhood dry cleaner. I’ve been going there once every two weeks for almost four months, and every time my clothes came back clean and nice ironed. The price is reasonable too.

I been using this facility since very long times really amazing staff and owner is nice also. About Quality of dry cleaning amazing and about washing drying folding clothes Quality beautiful. Really I recommend to everyone’s try this facility cause prices not too bad also reasonable if we compare to location of area yess price are very reasonable.......

I’m not sure why they are all these negative reviews. Our wash dry and fold jobs was done early in less then a day and it was quite affordable. (Only £25 for two full loads) The staff was kind and friendly and incredibly helpful with our order. I highly recommend them for any Dry Cleaning or laundry.

Disgusting service the workers there don’t concentrate on what they are doing, they spoilt my favourite jeans. When I asked them what happened they said it was the washing machines fault! Would NOT recommend at all. Not to mention them shouting a foreign language to each other, little did they know that I understood every word!! HORRIBLE SERVICE

This place deserves a much higher rating. It’s run by an elderly guy and the people who work for him seems to have been there for a long time. He can be really chatty so it’s always a nice experience brining my clothes to dry clean. Since they are a wholesale shop, they are a lot cheaper than other dry cleaners.

I’ve been going there for 4 years and brought multiple items to dry clean each time. I must have dry cleaned at least 200 items throughout the years. They did leave an iron mark on one of my delicate silk top. But given that I’ve put through so many items with them, I would say it’s a very good track record (plus the money I’ve saved can buy back that top multiple times).
