Good day out for the grandkids, 7 and 5 years old. Made a weekend of it, Matlock's lovely. Did heights of Abraham and had fish and chips by the river.

No idea about service as permanently CLOSED and looks to have been for some time from the faded sign in the window - walked all the way from the canal basin to discover this!
