No creases

I continue to be impressed with the excellent service I receive from Dave and the team at No Creases. I take a wide range of clothing in each week for a wash and iron service and it is always completed on time and to a very high standard - all for a fair price! In addition to the great service I receive, I enjoy talking with Dave and hearing his latest views on the world. Infact I believe is only a matter of time before he offers counselling and fortune telling as part of the service! Highly recommended time saving, life saving, high quality service which is much appreciated by this professional "man about Mansfield"!

On holiday near Clumber Park, a washing machine was advertised as being in the accommodation, but wasn't the case when we got there. We brought our laundry to be washed and ironed at No Creases. We had fabulous service from the owner and the laundry was perfect. Thanks again.

New management is doing wonders, top quality and fast turnaround. Can't recommend enough.

Brilliant service.

Paid for a large duvet in a large zipped bag (neither of which were cheap) to be cleaned. Upon picking up the item the male owner said he had lost the bag but had the duvet and said would have a look later for the bag. Returned later (quite annoyed) that day to pick up the bag and got verbally abused and threatened by the male owner. Quote: "Here's you effing bag now get out my effing shop before I bounce you out".

When you pay good money for an item to be cleaned you expect it to be handled properly and not half of the equipment lost or kept.
Key take away here is if the shop makes a mistake, they will threaten you instead of calmly and properly sorting the problem. Frankly disgusting behaviour.
