Great company very helpful staff

Laudry takes no more than half an hour. Very nice staff. Will get here my laundry frequently done.

I have used the wash basket for many years
Any problems have been dealt with
Then out of the blue received an email saying prices going up not a problem
Then on the Tuesday no laundry returned I had 6 bags to go
They never turned up so I rang them to hear they were not coming
So I made other arrangements for my laundry

I am sure the Wash Basket provide an excellent service to businesses but unfortunately, as someone who just needed one bag of bedding washed and dried I had a different experience. Firstly I fell over a crate at the entrance and then waited for a while - one staff member at the back watched me wait - I asked if someone could help me, he didn't reply. Another gent arrived, I explained that I had called the day before and was here to drop off some washing/drying. He told me he couldn't confirm when it would be done by and suggested Friday afternoon - this was on Tuesday. I felt because I wasn't a business I wasn't worth the bother. And this is where the crunch is for me. What if I was a large business wanting to test the waters? What if my next delivery would be for a 10 bed B&B? Well they will never know. I have found somewhere else now.

Our company Epicsa Limited is using The Wash Basket nearly 2 years now. They never let us down. Drop off and collection of the laundry is always on time and as agreed. Very supportive customer service . Fully recommended.

Just before Christmas 2022, I took a duvet in to bed cleaned. Upon picking it up, I told someone I was here to pick up - about a week later. No one seemed to know which one was mine. I was told they had 3 duvets in (goose feather) but none were labelled despite me having a yellow slip with my name on it. They gave me a random one which up one checking at home, turns out it definitely isn’t mine and I’ve been given one that leaks feather every time I change the bed. I am annoyed by the lack of care from this company and now I’m stuck with a duvet that is not mine.
