From Monday our hotel trying to order a extra line of Fishers from Perth because we do not have enough, today we have already Thursday and further nothing done, every time when we call, we get the answer that our order was surely will be realized. This is unacceptable. This is the worst in the world customer service.

TERRIBLE company. Customer service is SHOCKING! The linen we were provided was ripped, stained and not adequate to be used in our hotel, the complaints were not taking seriously and “managers” were USELESS!!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

I worked here in 2001-2002.I was only 18 yrs old & i really enjoyed working here.I worked on the backshift.The people were great.I got moved to the factory & didnt last a month as there was a totally different atmosphere

Rude, obnoxious staff at their Coatbridge depot. Maybe not all of them, but the few I dealt with weren't pleasant at all.

Good people to work for. Honest, reliable and trustworthy
