Wasn't impressed with the quality of service or dry cleaning, all three suit trousers had large creases in them. They weren't returned with the coat hangers they were sent in on took a month to get replacements. Never received receipt so show cost breakdown.

Seems such a shame that all of the reviews are a bit on the negative side. I've been dealing with Southsea Laundry through work for quite a while now and I have found them nothing but polite and professional. On a more personal note I've just had my boots re-healed by them and they have done an excellent job.

This used to be a really good dry cleaners before the refit.

My first time using them since reopening and I'm wholey disappointed. I dropped in 2 suits, noting a few dirt marks on one of the jackets.

On taking them out of the wrapping tonight the dirt marks are still there but now all the items have a few short dog hairs and long grey hairs added. No obvious dry cleaning smell either.

To me it seems as if they had simply just been ironed. I won't be coming back again.

AWFUL! Was overcharged and initially they would not refund the overpayment. When they did, I unfolded the items to see they had been ironed VERY badly. When I tried to discuss this with the manager, he became verbally abusive and very aggressive. Would not refund fully. Don't waste your time or money, this laundry service is terrible.

***In response to your feedback. You should check your facts, I did call with an apology for the missing bedding. The money you refunded was not 'goodwill' when it was physically thrown at me. That was also for the overpricing, before I had seen that it wasnt ironed well. You became aggressive and abusive instead of understanding there was a problem. I did come back to you to support local companies, but if you treat all your customers this way then I advise people to go elsewhere. Instead of an apology, you got your partner and friends to post good reviews about you. The standard of your ironing is poor and overpriced for what you do. The bedding was hung dry so not as creased as you imply. A squirt of water or steam would have removed any creasing. The review stands- poor standard of ironing, overpriced and terrible customer service.***

Used to use a different launderette but felt they were quite rude so looked for a different one. Tried Southsea Laundry company and they were so polite, and actually the prices were so much better too. The quality of washed and ironed shirts I get as are next to none. I honestly couldn't recommend them more. Thank you so much!

Outstanding service. Went to see the shoe repair specialist (Bob) about an unusual repair and he spent almost an hour trying to resolve there and then. Really helpful and friendly team.
Would use again!
