Karl has managed to rescue our restaurant from a disaster, he sent an employee on his day off to a closed factory in order to supply us with clean linen on Sunday afternoon. Compared to their competitors they were not the cheapest but having been recommended them, seeing their service and how customer focused they are I have no regrets in deciding to choose them. Nothing is ever perfect however in my 15 years within the hospitality industry LLH have exceeded what I was always used to. Without mentioning names of their competitors, many of whom I have used they by far give a better overall service especially when it comes to looking after the customer. They have never let me down.
