A fantastic launderette. The family team who run and own the store are really friendly and always so helpful. Providing a vital service to the community. Always ❤ being here as it's not only for the practical aspect of the classic laundry services but also a place just to temporarily step away from the bustle of cafes and restaurants which otherwise dominate the neughbourhood. Open 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm.

Khalil was efficient and understood how I wanted things washed. I was very pleased with the friendly atmosphere. Thank you!

Wonderful staff and good prices

I was very dispppinted here and would not reccomend it to anyone. I brought in a delicate old dresss that needed drycleaning and asked if they would be able to clean it. I was assured that they would check and if there were any issues they would call me.
I returned to get my dress and on the date I was asked to come in and it wasn't there. The same thing happened the 2nd time I was asked to collect it. There was no excuse given for it not being ready.

On my 3rd attempt to collect it, they had the dress, but they had ruined it. They cleaned it very badly, and all the white silk on it had been dyed pink.

They had not even noticed this. They were not apologetic about it nor offered to fix it. They ruined an old dress that meant a lot to me, and had very bad customer service.

Great launderette... The business store are quite friendly and always helpful. However, one person to good passion thought... Load of the classic laundry services guess it is. But I was in entry laundry, I ask the visitor, is there any vacant for tumble dryer? He says yes over there. I say thanks, put my clothes in the dryer with it... There is something smell like burning out there, hm?? I guess something gas tumble dryer! My god, I have to take out the end of the dryer. I don't want damage on my clothes in there. I heard of these gas tumble dryer cause dixdetoxic of gas tumble dryer may catch fire. Is failure of those tumble dryer system the way using the hot of the gas tumble dryer. So, is my ex-girlfriend's granddaughter in Birmingham since in 2009. The laundry centre is being old gas tumble dryer in the pot of blacks, not silver. Is start two separate of dryer effect came up the fire! But now, full refurbishment tumble dryers are being replaced with new electric super energy saver tumble dryers is safe as usual better. Now, these... You have to BE CAREFUL, what expect of this tumble dryer for gas cause very risky... I want to know this take a responsibility for your safety in this business. Because is believe something like burning everytime still has out there, isn't. Needs new one of electric tumble dryers better than gas tumble dryer... Tumble dryers are very old and dirty in the pot of burn blacks NOT silvers. Anyway, just not bad at all. But it needs a new one those tumble dryers could be fresh it is.

Really dissapointed , if i could i would give 0 stars , don't recommend and never go back again , unprofessional and bad service , they don't really care about the customers.
