This laundry offer wash & iron service for shirts at 99p per shirt. Had about 15 shirts done by them, some of the shirts have not been cleaned at all and are still dirty on the collar. So took them back to the laundry and guy there was so rude and said if I wanted them cleaned I should have paid for a super clean at £2.99! I was so shocked because he refused to acknowledge that the offer they have is for wash and iron and within that the shirts should have been cleaned adequately. He refused to refund me any money and was absolutely rude about the whole incident. DO NOT USE them, they are cheats and not do a decent job at all. Plenty of other places that offer the same deal for shirts.

They charged me for urgent service on something that had literally 1 or 2 tiny marks and came out with hundreds of them. When I complained the guy said that it was my fault because I didn’t tell them that it was dirty!?! I wonder WHY the hell would I take something to wash if it wasn’t dirty? They are clowns and the person in charge didn’t give a damn, actually had a grin on his face while telling me that he wouldn’t give me my money back. I am going after them - not because of the money, but because the person in charge laughed at me. Lucky to get one star, because they are indeed getting a formal complaint after today!

Excellent and fast. Asked them to alter a few nice mens Indian outfits after I lost weight. They did a great job at a fair price. Will keep using. Highly recommended

Highly recommended. Efficient service and friendly. Laundry has been returned clean and ironed with all instructions followed always on time. Better value than competitors.
I have been using Sunrise Dry for a year now.

Avoid this place. Upon passing the drycleaners, I asked about costs to repair zips of several Indian outfits. I was told the price starts from £15 depending on style, size etc. In good faith, I bought 3 items to dry clean and 3 zips to repair. The lady at the desk inspected my items and told me the cost of the zips would be £25 and gave me the costs of the dry cleaning. She then rang me back and told me one dry clean item would actually be £10 more, again in good faith I accepted. I was then told that my items were ready to collect, however one of the zips was not available! As I needed the dress for the weekend, i declined having this repaired.
On the weekend of my event, I put on the dress and the zip broke immediately.
I contacted sunrise dry cleaners to explain and kindly requested a refund of this zip (£25)as repairing the item again would be pointless as I did not plan on wearing the item again due to no future events. Having spent £120, I felt it was reasonable The response i received was they already paid the tailor and they have a no refund policy followed by "We can fix it again. Life has no grantee that was zip madam."
Anyway, I have now suggested a partial refund so they have a chance of redeeming themselves but honestly, I won't be going back.
Update: Sunrise Dry Cleaners have since ignored all my messages and attempts at resolving my complaint. They simply don't care.

Service was fast and pretty fair. Issue is with customer service.

My wife was quoted£30 per curtain. When I took them in i was asked to wait while they were sorting something on the floor in the back, no big deal. They told me it was £35 a piece, sure. Guy was not friendly or nice very dry. Dropped off on a Thursday, told it would take until Thursday next week. Was messaged Tues night that it was ready. Went in Wednesday.

Arrived in the shop, no one watching the front. Wait a few min, another customer arrives. Guy in the back notices. Helps the lady that came minutes later, completely ignores me. She gets her item, argues for 6 min about the quality and damage. Another employee walks in, watches the argument for 3-4 min before i speak up and ask if I can pickup my items. Not once was I asked if i needed anything or to wait.

Overall OK results, very poor customer service.

Avoid this place !!!
II took 4 pairs of trousers for cleaning and always paid £10,
However in this occasion I was asked to pay £14.00 , an increase of 40% without any notice of an increase !
The window display still has signage offering 4 trousers for £10 and when I challenged the owner he said that was old and from the previous owner.
He didn’t seemed bothered that he had lost a customer .
