The solicitors here are a joke! Went with them as they were a slightly cheaper option when I was looking to purchase an vacant flat with no chain. It has been on-going for nearly 5 months and it still isn't complete!! They are lazy and incompetent. Have had every excuse under the sun, with them passing the blame onto anyone else, with continuous false promises made. They have completely tarnished my home buying experience and continue to do so. I would recommend everybody and anybody to STAY AWAY! Not worth the time, effort or money!!!
