Critical: Professionalism
I have been ignored by this firm stephen parr. They have agreed refund of funeral charges and wake and ignore to make payment. My fathers ashes cant be laid to rest 3 years on from his passing they have agreed memorial payment but ignore to deal with issues... unprofessional and distressing for me and the family. They dont care.

awful to deal with. I have reported them to Solicitors regulation authority and Legal Ombudsman. They upset families please take note to this review and save distress

Helpful staff and solicitors.

Just after your money. When I had previously been told by 2 other law firms Solicitors, to save my money, it's not worth it and that was there best advice, obviously could see it wasnt worth the agro, as long as I know the truth.

Yet this firm charged £268 for an A4 letter, with nothing about the facts, when prior to making payment we was told by there Paralegal that she would be drafting a substantial letter and are now wanting a further £200 to reply, it would be constant with yourselves oh we need another £200

Save your money, or get advice from somewhere else. Before giving these your money. Seriously not worth the money. I could of just googled a template

Just had a call from one of this firms solicitors. I have spoken to this lady before. I think she may be one of the rudest ignorant people I have ever spoken to. I certainly wont be using this firm.
