I've just completed on the purchase of my home. Alireza @ Meaby & Co. Looked after the sale and purchase of my properties in these past 6 months. He and this company was recommended to me by my sister. I must say, I was not disappointed. From start to finish Alireza has always been reachable and responsive and remained calm even when I was losing the plot with the opposite sides solicitors. I appreciated his professionalism and guidance over the past 6 months and I can't thank him enough for getting me through it. He was always clear on what needed to be done. I count myself as an amateur in this property selling and buying circle, but I never felt like this was a problem. I have worked in the property sales industry for many years, and I work with many different solicitors, and I can honestly say Peter Russell from Meaby & Co is consistently the most helpful, reliable and knowledgeable solicitor when it comes to property sales legal work I would not hesitate to recommend him and his team.

I am sorry but I am reading these reviews I am unsure what went wrong in our case as it’s not what we gave seen all I know is after being hit by rogue traders and overwhelming stress we used J Collins kInd but then all changed when we saw the bad paperwork bundle of mess handed to us cases Mixed up no letter to claims being done rogue putting them selves into liquidation client having to tell this firm as they have not even checked . Letter sent out not even recorded asked to see receipt as we had charged to our account turns out letter never went then it did then it was sent with out recorded delivery .
We were ignored constantly when we tried to ensure this firm had our best interests of our cases were being not handled correctly . We edged up feeling we were the solicitor driving chasing our cases .
So much of this on all our cases a complete mess .
When it says a partner over sees your cases they do not you try and get them involved to just to ensure this gets back to where it should be .
They even paid an expert for not completing his work so we had to get another . This took 18 months for this firm to do.
Terminated our contract when we tried to bring the appalling bad handling to the firms attention .
Another not true fact on their page they do not over see cases .
We just wanted them to act best interest of us under the sra principles which they haven’t clearly
.Peter seemed lovely we came to issue a formal appogly which we have as evidence then promised a meeting with miss Collins that’s never taken place ,. We have no case overview nothing .not even a copy of nil complaints policy in this firm ,
The lovely lady on reception insists Peter speaks to us but he uses all excuses to say he will call us back . The srra are no fools neither is the legal ombudsman.
The evidence we have is overwhelming yet since June 22 the cases have sat with this firm .
We will have transcripts sent as well as no engineering takes place .
So Peter ignoring us both now I copied in Chis another partner but no response .
I called nothing they haven’t even Sent a complaint s Policy to us .
No solicitor will touch our cases due to the mess you have left them in .
How is this firm acting best interest of the client is beyond us we were ignored when we tried to challenge covering up for vast mistakes and I have all proof .
What’s worse we sat there being fooled by a partner we trusted in June 22 that would do the right thing but chose not to ignored ignored even by his own staff to send the complaint s policy glad you had a great holiday as we haven’t .
Peter the sra you have not told true facts which we have sent it to to therm to support the true picture .
As we only deal in the true accounts we do not engineer anything .
We sit in a home with defective work some not safe but this firm sends a 29 k bill for bad poor handling just because a client rightly challenges this even our funders could see what we could .
We welcome the last asking of a proper discussion as to what you are going to do
We have lost thousands as a career and someone that is disabled vulnerable you truly ought hold your heads in shame
When things go wrong you need to did the descent thing ,,,,, investigate by having a meeting this will hold then fully accountable which you do not want .
