Unfortunately this became contested and in turn complicated.
However Fuleypage handled the whole claim from start to finish with definative expertise,therefore minimizing my stress and maximizing the overall outcome.
Yet again,many thanks FurleyPage for a highly professional service.
For reference;
during past 22 years have used Furley Page solicitors on over 5 different occasions for varying matters.
I have found their service to be highly professional in every area.
Maintaining privacy, whilst at the same time accurately disseminating, the important aspect of varying issues and implementing the correct course of conduct to resolve matters.
We will continue to use Furley Page Solicitors for our Business and family matters for the foreseeable future.
Highly recommended.
Mr Brenchley Managing director Zcarsglobal Limited 2016.
I wanted to say thank -you and I will recommend Susan to everyone.
They recommended I persue another solicitor as they were to busy and short staffed.
The dispute resolution team seems more suited to corporate clients than personal disputes. Almost three weeks after I had paid £1200 on account, I was told the whole department was preparing a big case for trial and my solicitor would be on holiday the following week. A further two weeks passed before my letter was sent. Despite being aware of my mental health problems, they added to my stress when they should have been helping me. I was not given any advice or realistic expectations to resolve the dispute; I was simply asked what I wanted in a letter. My case was given to a trainee solicitor; consequently everything took longer and the bill narrative logged the trainee's time (£192 per hour) plus the supervisor's time (up to £390 per hour) to check their work, even if one word in a letter was changed. It apparently took two hours and 35 minutes to make minor amendments to a letter. They charge for everything: correspondence before terms of business have been agreed; to correct their mistakes; to clarify their own misleading letters; for unnecessary emails and phone calls; admin; emails to tell you how much you are being charged; reviewing work they have already charged for; internal communication. In my experience, billable hours are more important to this firm than client care.
