We're a London-based design agency and recently instructed EM Law to create our client contracts. Having had fairly cold/ impersonal experiences with law firms in the past, we went into this process half expecting the same. We were wrong! Neil and the team were extremely friendly, informative and accessible throughout. Always happy to answer our numerous questions and revisions to the contract (when required) were made super-swiftly. I had a fantastic experience with EM Law, specifically Suzy Giele. The firm immediately responded to my request to review a stock options agreement. Ms. Giele carefully examined it and advised me accordingly. The lawyers at this firm have a great deal of experience reviewing employee stock option agreements. They equipped me with important information that I would not have been able to identify on my own. After the advisement, I was able to make well-informed decisions.
