I have used this company twice. Very professional and efficient service. Everything was explained in a way that is easy to understand. They stuck to the fixed fee that i was quoted. If i require assistance from a solicitor in future i will definitely return to Laurence and his team.

In my case the only time I turn to a solictor is when times are bad and I need assistance.
I was very lucky as I had followed up a recommendation for Laurence by a complete stranger on the local Redbridge Facebook page. He spoke very highly of his honesty and legal knowledge and I am happy to say it was all true.
He is a patient, learned, straight talking man with honesty and integrity.
To all the ladies out there, it's tough finding a solictor that doesnt speak down to you and one that respects your hard earned money " its easy to spend it ..harder to earn it" to quote Laurence.
Kate handled my mortgage and paperwork related matter and she was patient and timely.
So glad I came here and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.
You could choose a city lawyer that will fleece you to apply the same law ..or you could support a local, honest one and actually have a little change for a rainy day.

As another reviewer has said, Harris Waters "Quality Solicitors" should win a prize for the best misnomer. The service we have received has been shocking, driving us to the point of a negligence claim.
In brief:
-Conveyancer handling our case left the firm - we got 1 days' notice.
-False assurances were given re. handling our case
-Whole chain almost fell through as a result
-We had to scramble last moment to expedite the move transaction in one month with another firm
-Our file was printed on the back of other people's case documents and personal details
-Harris Waters would not accept they were in the wrong
-For our complaint, the partner Roger investigated himself and found in his favour

I was booked a 30 minute Legal Telephone Session with Nathalie through a charity I was working with at the time. After that first conversation, I was reassured about my position in court and Nathalie took on my case urgently before my first hearing. She was very understanding and always listened to my concerns and respected my position. She went above and beyond and always communicated with me. Quality Solicitors is the biggest misnomer that can be used to describe this company.They are probably the most useless firm of solicitors that have ever existed.We purchased a property and used them for conveyancing services.Their servers were penetrated by hackers and as a result we lost £320 000.The funds have subsequently been recovered from the perpetrators with absolutely no assistance or cooperation from Harris Waters.Rogers Waters proved to be a graceless and unprofessional individual.He was uncooperative despite being provided with proof that his system had been hacked.
This company are a disgrace and I would stay as far away as possible from them.There are a million law firms I would go to before Harris Waters
