Strongly advise everyone not to use this greedy incompetent company. Whilst buying a property as cash buyers they took over 3 months, made major mistakes in contract and throughout. Making mountains out of mole hills and using every chance to up the price quoted. They only work part time and never return calls or carry out your instructions. It is quite amazing just how they have managed for so long. Oh and when we changed solicitor they up their price(held docs.to ransom) but new solicitor with no prompting guessed who we had been dealing with through their poor reputation within the industry.

I have dealt with many solicitors during my 30 years in estate agency and can honestly say it has been a pleasure to deal with Nikki who was always helpful, friendly, professional and proactive and I do not think our transaction would have gone through without her

This was a very good firm of solicitors, but sadly not the case since Lucy Thomas joined them. I have found her to be extremely unprofessional, arrogant and very devisive - rather than obtaining answers to simple questions, she insisted that our family proceed without all members of the family on board and her fee has continued to rise - strongly recommend that you do not use this firm.

Nikki was fantastic, helpful and professional managing our house sale. Issues were dealt with promptly. I would recommend using PWJ to others.
