Very bad experience. We have received half completed letters from them, other letters have failed to be sent from them (where I then personally have to chase them up in order for them to be sent) and there have been many many unnecessary delays. We are over a year into what should have been a fairly standard process and we still are no further forward. I will not deal with these guys in future.

I was really dreading the process of amending my will as it was such a farce upon it's initial creation (Solicitor will not be named). However, Owen White & Catlin made what is a difficult process simple and easy to digest. From the initial meeting through to signature I found Jon (probate) extremely professional and prompt with all communication. Would recommend.

Service is excellent but shop is small. The size was okay before the pandemic but now its a bit claustrophobic. But that's just my opinion but would like to mention again that the service was excellent and quick
