Hollingsworths Solicitors

We recently referred a Landlord to Hollingsworths Solicitors, as they required legal advice about a tenant issue. The landlord has since contacted us to say how helpful and professional Hollingsworths were and added that "they supported and advised [them] every step of the way". First Class Service from Greg and his former associate Asit. I entered the unknown world of litigation tentively, I was advised on available options openly and transparently. I've listed all of my concerns about hiring a solicitor below, which I'm sure will resonate with anyone who intends to hire a solicitor.

Are they truly confidential? I don't want ANYONE to know what I'm seeing them about.

How do I know they are any good? They all talk in jargon only they understand!

Am I going to be ripped off? They all charge extortant amounts of money.

Will they pass my case around the office from pillar to post?

Is my concern important to them, as it is for me?

Will they take my side just to get my money or give me a balanced view?

Will they string my case a long, so they can soak as much money from me as possible?

Everyone says solicitors are dishonest how do I know these are not?

These above are just some of the concerns I had. It's tough, you only need a solicitor generally because something is wrong. I own a company which operates nationwide based in Leicester. We employ 25+ people. Making a wrong decision hiring the correct solicitor could have cost me my business. It could have put all those livelihoods at risk.
