Having been hit head on by a driver crossing the central reservation in 2019 my personal injury case was passed onto Ashtons Legal.

Unfortunately I have been very disappointed by the level of service and professionalism, I continued to receive during the 12 months plus dealing with Ashtons.

What could of been a routine procedure has left me feeling like my case was not worth pursuing. I have had to constantly chase my Personal Injury Executive by telephone and email far too many times with very limited responses or ignored for weeks.

It's not about any compensation I may of been due, just the whole process leaves you feeling ill informed and out on your own. I could not and would not recommend Ashtons Solicitors. I would advise anyone who has to deal with Ashtons be be prepared for a long frustrating wait with added poor, unprofessional service, definitely not what I was expecting. I eventually complained directly to one of the company Partners, who was very helpful and within two weeks my case was resolved.

The good things first, in the very final stages of the claim, I was kept informed by Ellen and claim was properly looked after, but prior to this communication with other members, and being passed to various other members who started to deal with my case from 2020 communication was severely lacking. Good result in the end and thanks to Ellen for taking control of the case.
