My case was a transfer of title on my own property (removal of a name on the deeds). I started the process in sept 2021 and it has just been completed in sept 2022. I presumed the case was being progressed in the background, and I had no contact from BJS until the beginning of 2022. I don't like to badger people and presumed I would get a response at some point. When I did decide to contact the solicitor, and it seemed nothing had been done and no one had advised me that I needed to speak to my bank in order to get things moving. I did this and then spent the subsequent months trying to coax some progress that was continually promised but never seemed to come. Phone calls and emails were seemingly ignored. Thankfully in the last couple of months Natalie Goodge took hold of my case and powered it through in no time, so my immense gratitude to her, but otherwise I've not been impressed with the service for what appeared a fairly simple alteration
