I recently used Brady Solicitors for my lease extension and found them to very friendly, professional and easy to deal with. Lizzie, who dealt with my case, was great and everything was handled very promptly and in a friendly approachable way. I would happily recommend them and use them again.

Brady Solicitors have been absolutely brilliant in dealing with a number of cases for us, some of which have been extremely difficult and have had very little success with other firms dealing with the same.

They keep us updated with regular detailed case progress reports without having to chase anything up and they are always more than happy to take the time to explain something to me so that I can make a better educated decision on a matter.

I can't see us using anyone else for matters relating to leasehold property.

Brady's were my allocated solicitors when I completed a lease extension so I knew nothing about them, I needn't have worried as both Andrea and Lizzie were absolutely fantastic. Every email or phone call I made was answered promptly and unlike a lot of solicitors I found them very friendly and helpful! When I needed my lease extension expedited through land registry to enable a remortgage this was dealt with really quickly. I would highly recommend Brady's to anyone who is thinking of using them.
