If I could leave a zero star rating then I would.
Managed to make a very very simple house sale with no chain into a protracted affair with a downwards chain even though they were explicitly told multiple times not to.
Communication was appalling, emails were ignored, phone calls were bounced around with incorrect information relayed back (probably unintentionally, but still not acceptable).
Imagine only confirming a house sale the day before it's due to complete? It's a good job that I didn't have to organise a removals company or removals van. Disgraceful.
Do yourself a favour, go somewhere else.
You get what you pay for.

P.S. These issues WERE raised with my solicitors and I know they were shared with you as I was blind copied multiple times. I was in close contact with my purchasers who also shared these concerns.

I utilised the skills of Helen Foster for the recent sale of my property having used her previously for buying and selling . Again Helen did not disappoint me, she is super efficient, trustworthy, knowledgable and responds promptly and clearly to any queries as they arise . I highly recommend her , thank you Helen

Just used Brian and Armstrong to do the conveyancing on a property we have purchased and we couldn't be more impressed with the service we received.

Our conveyancer was Helen and she was helpful, knowledgeable and very professional, it was a complicated purchase and without her help and the help of her team I don't think the purchase would have completed . I would highly recommend Brian and Armstrong to anyone looking to purchase a property.x

Generally incompetent and insensitive. Their blatant errors and demonstrable omissions cost a close family member quite a lot of money and compounded a stressful situation, to the extent that I had to act as an intermediary between Bryan & Armstrong and their client. I seldom give one star but I have absolutely nothing positive to write about them.

Had a very positive experience with Bryan and Armstrong when moving house. Very proactive, kept me in the loop from start to finish. Would use again and highly recommend to others.

ZERO STARS.....Very disappointed with how long they took to complete an application and even lied saying they have sent emails to me, told to check junk mail and spam still nothing for them to 'resend' and it come through straight away. Id rather them be honest and say they are a little behind on work than use these excuses in 2021 . Emails sent to them waited for a response and nothing, to then be told her secretary never received it when it was clearly sent. Using COVID and working from a home as a excuse why things are taking so long. Also being told your getting 'fast tracked' for them to take 2 weeks to send you an email. Absolute shambles from start to finish would never recommend or be using them again. My advice go elsewhere. 😀

I have engaged the services of Bryant Armstrong on a number of occasions and been more than pleased with the service every time. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for a very professional and caring service. Tim Parkes
