Indescribably stressful experience. 26 months and counting to finalise a fairly straightforward estate. ' Quality' Solicitors who don't even possess the courtesy to answer an e mail, or acknowledge a phone message.
Would never, ever, use again.

Shocking ...pay pay pay for work done never received copies for work I had paid for. When asked for what it was I was paying for it took ages to get documents - never contacted me unless I rang myself trying to chase it up. The only letters I received were that their hourly rate was increasing! Absolute joke if you need a harrasment case dealing with go elsewhere. It’s all about the money and then all you get is a laid back reaction. Will never use them

Absolutely disgraceful service. No communication, no updates. .unanswered emails and phone calls.
Then after four months of absolutely nothing, and obviously deciding to go elsewhere , I recieve the paperwork which I thought was never coming, to then be told it was costing £150. .. £150 for what exactly?
Avoid this place, do not waste your money nor your time.

They are very quick to take your money but when it comes to trying to get into contact with anyone you might as well scream at a wall. When you do finally get ahold of someone they say they will pass on your message and someone will contact you soon, but soon never comes. I know they are a busy firm but communications need to be vastly improved.

DONT Recommend and would not use again. Absolutely disgusting treatment. We just used the conveyor side of the firm for buying our first house. We were NEVER kept up to date with what was happing, we were constantly having to contact them for updates, to which we would get passed around on the phone, then told we’d get a call back, 2 days later we still wouldn’t of have this call back, and we’d have to ring AGAIN. I had to do half of their job for them. I rang the other day, the initial person I spoke to told me who I needed to speak to was ‘busy on the phone’ so passed me on to someone else, who then said I needed to speak to the person I had tried contacting originally, but she was ‘on her lunch’ - so which was she? Busy on the phone, or on her lunch? - I was told she’d ring back. A few hours later, nothing so my partner rang. Around an hour later I received an email from them. So instead of phone call back like I’d requested, I got an email. I believe this is because they knew I wasn’t going to be impressed by there response to what I was calling about, so they emailed instead. With our mortgage, we were receiving some cash back. We still hadn’t received it, so I rang our lender who advised me that they had released the cash back to the solicitors (these guys) and they were to send it to us. So I rang the solicitors, got passed around and lied to about why I couldn’t speak to the person dealing with my ‘case’. They eventually emailed me and told me they had ‘utilised’ the cash back and used it towards a cost in the bill. I understand the sense behind doing that, however we were NEVER consulted about doing it that way, so we’re sat here expecting cash back that wasn’t coming! That was our money, so believe we should have been spoken to about that before they took it upon themselves to do that. We were first time buyers, so didn’t know how everything worked, numerous times we were made to feel stupid for not knowing something, which we would have known in the first place if it was actually explained to us, but it never was. Despite all this, we’ve had to pay this place £1,400 of our money.
Do not waste your time, effort or money with these people.

I rang the Solictors up for some advice about child access. They put me onto a lady called Nicola she was very helpful and I would recommend anyone who has problems in child access ask for this lovely lady.

Absolute useless can’t get hold of my solicitor been trying since November absolute joke! Avoid

Did an excellent job on my house sale and purchase. Things were moved quickly and Felicity was always on the ball.
