Not very helpful

My wife and I engaged business with the Dumbarton branch of this company as our former solicitor had stopped trading,this was one of our worst nightmares as we were after 2 POAs and mirror wills the initial contact was in February this year,we eventually received the POAs,during the 4 months that we dealt with this company but the wills were still outstanding so much so we raised a formal complaint at the end of May.
We have now dispersed with this companies service's as we had to constantly phone and e-mail during this period,only to be informed that they were so busy,very unprofessional from start to finish we will be taking our complaint further so hopefully others do not experience such a poor service.

I needed assignation of the lease for court matter, my solicitor wrote to him three times and I emailed him as well, I was trying for six months unsuccessfully to obtain the lease but every piece of correspondence has been ignored , after I made official complaint against him to Scottish Legal Complaints Commission I got it within days. snobby arrogant
