Wouldn't give them one star. They've charged me thousands to appear in court for a few minutes' representation in Court when I was eligible for legal aid for Domestic Violence. My children were taken away for adoption because they hid the proof of domestic violence. To call them corrupt is an understatement. They make money on taking children from mother's who flee domestic violence! !

Would not recommend to anybody! She was ringing me to find out what my family’s other solicitors had been saying instead of finding out for her self. She was not doing the work she needed to do.she was just looking into stuff which was not needed.Charged around £5500 when nothing she did helped I left after around a year and half and another solicitor delt with what actually needed dealing with and successful outcome. Worst solicitor I’ve every delt with.

Very poor service across the board no understanding not willing to challange things and chase things up, sending information me to with no explanation on what it is or what to do, they made the whole process so stressful from start to finish.
I strongly recommend using someone else who cares about your case.

I just want to say, what an outstanding service we received from Avery Naylor, via the outstanding Sarah Jones. We found ourselves in our own personal living nightmare, and without Sarah's guidance, support, knowledge and empathy I don't think we'd of got through this awful ordeal without her by our sides.
I honestly can't thank her enough.
Words alone do not give nearly enough credit to this phenomenal women.
And yes, I know we paid! But Sarah is undoubtedly worth every penny and more. The security and sanity she gave us is literally priceless.

I feel let down by this law firm. Missed appointments, late for scheduled appointments. Contacting me via call, text & email between 8:30pm and gone midnight after I requested they transfer my case file to a better solicitor to represent me (Smith Llewellyn are brilliant) and at first refusing to. My advice is do not deal with them. And now after reading the rest of other people's reviews on them just makes me wish I had checked them out before I got them involved.

I was looking for someone to take a case on for me to get full custody of my daughter and as I'm on universal credit so I needed legal aid Avery Naylor was happy to help me and I got to say from the first phone call to the last court proceedings zoe brown and the team at Avery Naylor has been easy to communicate with very kwik at any responses made the process feel so easy helped me understand everything I got to say THE BEST SOLICITOR'S around realy fought hard for me in court and the main thing I now have full custody of my daughter and we can have a perfect life together I'm so grateful for what they have done for me they have been outstanding

I would not recommend their service for anyone. Very poor service, very unprofessional no clear communication. Happily take your money and not doing the service, no care about your case and ot any consequences.
