They were very responsive to my questions, and were transparent with everything throughout the progression of the purchase and were able to clarify anything I wasn't sure about. They were also able to speedily make some last minute enquires that I requested before we exchanged contracts which I really appreciate. The whole thing was smooth from start to finish, I don't think I could fault them really from my experience.
