I was sold a gas fire heater by gayways which failed its safety test. Trading standards were involved Ed. Furthermore the heater also was sold to me with a gas unit that was incorrect. They said they won't give a refund and will send it to the manufacturer, who doesn't exist anymore. They asked me to return the heater to them
I cannot since I am disables. They won't pick it up either. They also have different staff who answer the phone but deny any previous update fron their fellow staff. A complete scam.

I had high hopes for doing long term business with Gayways but sadly they let me down. I had a leaf blower that had spring tension to start the engine gone wrong. Gayways man replaced the spring and charged me over £50 to for it. It did not work two goes and broke again. Then next day he suggested replacing the whole cap of the spring unit and charged me over £70 for that. So I got a second hand machine now costing half the price of fixing. I would have been better off buying a new machine.

Great customer service. Visited the store to enquire more info about robotic mowers. Kress, Stihl and Husqvarna all have impressive features. But the KRESS RTK system is becoming more likely option. Waiting for stock in March 2023.

As a landscaper, I am impressed with this shop. They will endeavour to obtain any tool for you in good time. Would recommend to any experienced professional.

Quality workmanship on my Honda lawn tractor this winter service. Engine was blowing out alot of black smoke for over a year, so I am happy with the return of the machine in tip top, sparkling condition. Thank you.

It's a good company and good service, but despite saying no to marketing emails they have been illegally spamming me to death after using them.

This violates the The Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 section 22.

Our Dennis cylinder mowers need regular maintainance and Gayways provided exceptional service to our machines and kept within budget for our cricket club.
