The chaps here are ALWAYS friendly no matter how inept I am at not understanding the tools and gadgets my husband asks me to take to them to get fixed. We always have a laugh and they are very helpful with a can-do attitude!

I bought a Honda lawnmower in February. I used it three times and it developed a fault. Since then I was told there was a nine week wait for repairs. Now finding it impossible to contact them by phone. However, the fault has now been resolved so I'm happy again...

My daughter needed a cordless mower. The 2 gentleman that assisted us (Sunningdale branch) were very friendly & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.
Very pleased with the Cobra 40 volt . Easy to use, and not noisy.

Disappointing visit to a store where I had historically been treated well. FOUR members of staff present, only after half an hour were we attended to in a store with only 2 other customers! We were told the manager (Sean) was finishing his lunch and coming to assist us in making our purchase. He instead served another customer who had been waiting in line behind us. When I raised this he was rude and dismissive in his response, explaining that his staff were 'on lunch' so it was difficult to serve customers. I thought the point was to sell lawn mowers, not sit around eating lunch in the back office. Anyway - I won't be back after that experience, and I need to buy several machines, which I will do so elsewhere.

Great service from these guys (sunningdale branch) when struggling to get a petrol strimmer started. I took the machine in and despite it being busy on a Saturday, they replaced the 2 fuel lines and got it running again. Particular mention to Chris who went above and beyond. Recommended.

BEWARE: Brought a Toro Timemaster 21811 from WGM / MowWithUs, 1st mower delivered with dents, scratches and scuffs (pictures available) returned the mower and WGM delivered a replacement. 2nd mower delivered with similar scratches and scuffs, (pictures available) raised issue with WGM and received the below:

Thank you for pictures. I asked Peter Atkins, our Warehouse Manager, to open up two new mowers that arrived from Toro today. They all showed more or less the same marks that you have highlighted in your pictures. Peter’s view is that they are cosmetic and will not affect the integrity of the machine.
Clearly these marks are happening in transit from Toro to us. We have contacted Toro to inform them but they currently have no further stock of this mower.

Toro UK will not accept any responsibility, accountability or ownership that they distribute poor quality products, these issue are surface, however worryingly what is happening on the inside, what disasters are waiting that cannot be seen.
