I left this firm because the receptionist was simply rude her response too me saying I've been told repeatedly that you will messaged them and as them too call me ? With that she said what do you want me too do about it ?
I was told that they had requested my legal aid certificate and then a few weeks later called the people they would have had too ask only too find they had not requested it at all ,
So sadly I cannot recommend this firm ,

Rude receptionist who thinks she's always right when she isn't. If you prove her wrong she ends the call and says she doesn't have to listen to it. They can't handle any casework as their desks are just covered in paper they are not organised and don't make any effort in your case. I'm due in court in 7 days and still haven't seen my solicitor I tried to change to a better one and they try to stop it by lying about how to do it. Avoid these with prejudice. They are only init for the money.
