The people at Rosewood Law were pleasant and friendly which is why it's a 2-star review.

However, they were sending correspondence to the wrong email address which meant I was never updated. I did give them my email again about half way through the process but they kept sending information to the wrong email.

Also, they told me a day before my house move that they'd made an error on my bill and I owed £900. They did give me more time to get the money and I understand mistakes happen, but it made my moving weekend twice as stressful because I was trying to gather funds while moving.

Overall, lovely people but the fine details weren't there for me.

Under any circumstance if the person you're being represented by is called ZAHIRA MITHA then use a different company. She lacks communication, she is arrogant and very unpleasant to deal with. For the type of profession/industry she works in, she deals with things like a complete amateur.

Rosewood Law are dealing with both the sale & purchase of our home and future home. Zahira Mitha is our solicitor and seems to be getting the job done at a steady pace. Special mention goes to Anthony Corrie who on the occasions I have spoken to him couldn't be more helpful. He always gives me thorough answers and I always feel reassured after our phone calls.

Initially I had serious trouble with this firm - we were told our checks were being done and had sent over the monies only to find out 3 weeks later that nothing was started, noone at the firm really knew who was handling our case, and that the search would not be carried out until the vendors solicitors had sent over paperwork - which we thought had been done and that's why the money was requested.
It was a frustrating first start to the entire journey and originally we had made it clear to all parties involved that we wanted a quick sale in order to move as soon as possible. Rosewood assured us they would fulfil that which is why we went ahead with them.
After the initial experience, we were entirely disappointed with the service - the original solicitor who then took our case left the firm, we weren't informed of this and neither was the vendors solicitors which lead to emails being sent to someone who was no longer there. We had no outreach from the firm to advise us who would be taking our case and after 2-3 months of constant chasing, no replies to emails except very sparingly, we finally got on the same page with our solicitor Zakira.
Now the reason I gave 4 stars was purely due to Zakira and how amazing she was once we got on the same page.
She went out of her way to explain the entire procedure, she updated us as soon as she heard anything, she chased up the vendors solicitors on time, all of our paperwork was signed and ready for exchange which meant that as soon as the other solicitor was ready, we could exchange and complete.
Honestly speaking, she was lovely to have and did a brilliant job and even after completing everything, she has answered our phone calls to help us find relevant information we required in the heaps of paperwork we were left with.
If not for her outstanding service from month 3 onwards, this review would probably be a 1 star.
It was unfortunate that it didn't start right so I can't honestly say that I would recommend Rosewood, but I can recommend Zakira as a solicitor.

Recommenced solicitors by my estate agent and couldn't have been happier. Kept me updated and informed throughout the conveyancing of purchasing my home. Although my solicitor were busy on some occasions someone on the other end of the phone could always update me accordingly. Will use again soon! Thank you

Used Rosewood when selling and buying a house. Everyone there is very friendly and efficient.
I always received a response when I had any questions and the conveyancing was done very quickly, even during these strange times with social distancing etc.
Definitely recommend.

Ive just bought a house, and used Rosewood Law, they are exceptional at what they do.
Saf really helped speed up the whole process by being professional and efficient. And the girls Guzala & Abbey who were always on hand to help with anything.
