Don't expect anything to be done with any urgency

Went in late February or early March with a house to sell and a flat to buy, despite taking down addresses, prices, email addresses and various phone numbers we are now in August and I still haven't heard a thing, good job I quickly contacted another company.

Very slow and unhelpful.
