Needed to have an employment agreement checked. Rang up and was put through to employment who advised that they would call back in next 15 minutes. Victoria Mitchell rang back and we discussed what I required. She asked for a copy of the agreement and my identification to be sent so she could review and then call back the following morning. Victoria rang back the following morning and went through the agreement at length and I asked if she could go back to my employer and ask for an additional clause to be added. She did this the same day and I signed the agreement. I found the professional and efficient approach of Victoria Mitchell absolutely superb and she kept me updated every step of the way through.
