Good morning i am from england i live in great yarmouth i need to put a stamp on the authorization of my minor son to go to renew portuguese passport with father in cape verde.

Having dealt with hundreds of solicitors in my life, I never comment on their ability or professionalism . However I have had to make an exception for Jack lee at Lucas and Wyllys. Jack is the most arrogant , incompetent and unprofessional solicitor I have ever dealt with. The fact he isn’t even a fully qualified solicitor(!) makes this even worse. Jack never returns calls, replies to emails and speaks down to you in an incredibly patronising way, the one time I did speak to him on the phone he sounded like he was ‘high ‘ or had just got out of bed . I hope Jack’s superiors see this as he is in dire need of training in terms of his job and how he speaks to fellow professionals and clients. I can’t comment on the rest of the firm as the receptionists seemed lovely. However Jack’s rudeness , arrogance and general incompetence do not give a good reflection of this firm or of their values. Dealing with Jack Lee was a horrendously painful experience and luckily one I shouldn’t have to repeat but I cannot stress how unprofessional and inexperienced he is, quite clearly not cut out for a career in the legal industry or any industry for that matter with his general rudeness , fundamental lack of intelligence and poor customer service and people skills. Avoid

Worst experience of my life - apparently the (very rude) practice manager believes 17 weeks to buy a beach hut (no searches) is within their accepted time frame. I wish I knew that before they were recommended by the estate agent. My file was given to a trainee who had at least 4 annual leave periods in that time. 17 weeks! Disgraceful customer service. The senior partner hasn’t even bothered to answer my email. I wish I hadn’t bothered but I guess the estate agent recommends the best solicitors for them right 😉 If I can save anyone from the unprofessional mess we went through then it would be worth writing this review.
