Mr Hamer has looked after us for over 10 years with various legal and property matters from the straight forward to really complex - Eric has expertise and patience - and he has the ability to make things simpler! He and his staff are friendly and welcoming - Kay and more recently Karen are both polite and always happy to help - if there is something urgent it gets sorted. Highly recommended and 5 stars!

BAD! extremely poor poor service, the people in reception need to get some customer service training ASAP as this will put this firm down to closure! Mr hamer stop being to stuck up, be kind and nice to your clients, and please stop lying to them, it took forever for an email to be sent to the third party solicitors off you, which you had told me was sent and received by the third party! Very poor would not recommend this place to anyone as your time will be waisted gracefully.

I went to Hamers on my lunch today to make an appointment. The receptionist was very rude & told me to wait outside in the rain unless I had an appointment. There was nobody else in the office. I said how can I get an appointment? She was rude again & told me that I had to wait outside so I told her that I was taking my business elsewhere.Very unprofessional, very rude & not bothered about new business.

Absolutely ridiculous solicitors firm this one! It's like the faulty towers all over again, no handling of admin, 8 months it took for a cash buy property, the people at reception their attitude towards clients stinks, there's an old lady who mainly answers the phone (someone that doesn't like to take any negative feedback off clients), as instead of resolving any matter she recommends the client to look for another solicitor! I would have it I hadn't been 4 months into it!! Avoid this place as there are plenty more passionatessolicitor firms down the road in Accrington or Rawtenstall.

Very good and trustworthy firm. Down to earth, explains everything thoroughly and gives sound advice. Have used them a number of times and always pleased.

If your wanting a professional, empathetic service you need to really stay away from this firm. They are clearly too busy to deal with customers and due to this the service levels have seriously dropped. Your first point of call will be a stressed, rude lady who answers who clearly doesnt want to be of any assistance . Good luck to anyone using them.

Even living in Spain now this family solicitors is helpful and honest. In my 58 years of life this has been the best solicitors I've ever used.
