So unhelpful!

What the hell?

I called up asking for advise regarding the small claims court... I won in court and wanted to know about enforcing the debt (and was told they’d charge me £200 per hour for their advise) ... Guys, it literally takes 2 seconds just to say “ok, this is what you should do” ... Instead they just weren’t interested. Apparently their fees would be higher than the court claim! ... I’ve already won the court claim!

Sally Eastwood acted for me on a work matter. She was very professional and courteous and clearly explained the costs involved and the likely timescale involved with regards to a positive solution for me. She always rang me when she arranged to and was clear and concise regarding the advice she gave. I would have no problem recommending her. She is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Amazing solicitors, we used them when buying our first property and the level of service was brilliant and prompt. Not to mention the quote was one of the cheaper ones in Burnley and the service quality was 5*

ZERO contact apart from to tell me I don’t qualify for legal aid day of court,even though rung and left number and name 7/8 times easy,wouldn’t mind paying if they provided a service

Asked for advice but never got return phone call as promised!

Reviewing on behalf of my uncle who used Farleys' services, in particular Andrea Edwards. Wanted me to say that she was extremely professional, helpful and "got the job done well". He was very happy with the service.

I can't fault these at all. My issues are with the buyers solicitors. Andrea Edwards has been amazing throughout! The sale still has not gone through due to the other solicitors incompetence. Andrea has gone above and beyond to help me throughout this issue. Highly recommend her. 👌 I didn't need to nag as they say you do with solicitors. Anything I asked she had either done or was on with.
