My family have used Barnes & Partners on three occasions in relation to house purchases and sales. We have always been pleased with the service we have received. Sharan Chohan dealt with our most recent house purchase and she was a pleasure to deal with, always friendly, returned our calls promptly and kept us in the loop.

I have used Barnes and Partners twice now for house moves. I specifically requested to be seen by Sharan Chohan for the second purchase after a brilliant experience with the first. Our queries were always dealt with efficiently and Sharan is always very proactive when liaising with all relevant parties. We were always kept informed about any progress in our house buying process. Any questions I had were answered clearly and concisely with no jargon, which was much appreciated when I was a naive first time buyer. The whole team have been lovely to deal with and respond very quickly to emails or phone calls. Thank you very much!

Very good service. I chose Barnes and Partners Stevenage to sell a property some 100 miles from my home, as they came recommended and their Stevenage office is also local to the property. Attention to detail and responsiveness were therefore highly important for me, as I couldn’t just ‘pop in’ when I had questions or needed updates.

A special mention must go to my solicitor Sharan Chohan. I have bought and sold various properties over several decades and this was the first time that I felt that my solicitor was consistently on top of the process, whilst also providing regular updates in an engaging & informative manner, and always with a high degree of professionalism.

I instructed Barnes & Partners in regard to the sale of 1 property and purchase of another in a 3 party chain.

I received prompt responses to all my requests and kept informed of all necessary developments along the way. The staff were all polite and nothing was too much trouble.

She actually made house buying very stress free and given the extremely short time frame we had she was really helpful, professional and communication throughout was excellent.
