I had heard some really good reviews and some bad reviews about this company so was apprehensive about using them but as they were local and the only solicitors in Waltham Abbey I thought I would give them a try.

I am glad I did, the girls there were fabulous they went over and above the call of duty to help my family move home and make it a smooth transition. I am glad I had a chance to see for myself.

I highly recommend and will certainly be using them as my family's solicitors from now on. Thanks again :)

Highly recommended. We have used DJK for 5 house purchases and sales in the last 12 years. We keep going back because they're good at what they do. Professional, supportive and nice to deal with, we're pleased with the service we've received. The whole team is good, but Julie really is very good.

We used them for conveyancing and they were dreadful, just dreadful. They have very poor communication and at times showed unprofessional behaviour. And when we wanted to get things moving along at a swifter pace, we were made to think we were being unreasonable. It was, of course, always someone else's fault when the process slowed to a halt. There's more I could add and it isn't good. They think nothing of making a stressful time into a complete nightmare. I do not recommend DJK Solicitors.

I would definitely recommend using DJK Solicitors, this is the 2nd time we have dealt with them and we are more than happy with the service provided on both occasions. Julie Keates was extremely helpful and even when other parts of the transactions weren't running as smoothly as we hoped, Julie ensured everything on her part was dealt with promptly so there wasn't any hold ups on our side.

Please DO NOT use them. An absolute nightmare. The solicitor dealing with my case did not have a solution when we had an issue. in the end when I gave them a solution after consulting others, the job wasn't done but still charged. Payment have been made and still I keep receiving letters from my previous management company. Please do not use them if you wish for a smooth sale or Purchase

We used DJK to settle the estate of my father in law and later also my sister in law over the past year. Julie and also Anne-marie pointed us in the right direction to get the various people we needed to sort things out ( we live overseas ) so not familiar with local businesses and customs and answered our questions. They always had time for us during our visits to Waltham Abbey and continued to sort things out after we returned home. Yes' a couple of minor delays, but everything fixed . We certainly would use again.

Purchased my property in September 2019, I am still waiting for DJK to get it registered with Land registry in my name. Thank God my mortgage is on a 5 year term otherwise I would be in serious trouble with my renewal in a few months. I have sent DJK at least 10 chase emails. I dont even get a response or acknowledgment of my emails anymore.

Farrah was very efficient through out my sale, just so on it the whole time. She knows her stuff and communication with her was always spot on and always answered back. The whole process was easy and quick thanks to her.
