I have used KK Law and am still currently using them.
I must say WOW what a great service they provide. Rob what a down to earth solicitor, Firstly he speaks English in a language that everyone understands and explains all the processes step by step so you have a clear direction of where he is coming from.
If you cannot get hold of Rob he is ALWAYS quick to respond.
The amount of times Rob has responded to me at the weekend is countless, With nothing being to much trouble
Rob makes time for you and makes you feel part of his team to help resolve any issues

If Rob is unavailable the admin girls are quick to respond and sort out any probing issues, They are all polite, curtious and always willing to help. If they cannot sort it, Rob is informed and will deal with it, and will soon be back in contact with you.

I would truly Recommend KK law with any legal issues,Nothing is to much trouble for them and they are always there for you every step of the way.

I needed someone who could sign a form for a mortgage agreement and these guys were very helpful and friendly. They showed me exactly what I needed to do and also showed where the mortgage company had made a mistake on their form too which was good so I could get it corrected and they offered a 2nd visit to sign the form again for free. There is parking nearby so it's easy enough to get to.

Finding a good solicitor can be a fraught experience and they often get bad press - sometimes deservedly so. Not so in the case of KK Law. We needed someone to handle probate for my late father-in-law’s estate and were recommended KK Law by both a trusted solicitor and the funeral directors. From start to finish the whole experience was a pleasant one. Rob and the team - including Karen and Kinga - were friendly, very helpful and efficient. No hard sell - Rob even suggested that the probate was simple enough to do ourselves - just good quality service. Fees were reasonable and significantly less than originally estimated! Started off very positive with initial meeting to discuss my Will however that's where positive ends. After several phone calls asking when I would receive my draft copy a month later ( and my Will is straight forward) I received a draft copy of somebody else's Will!!!
I do receive my draft copy eventually and I am asked to confirm details that I had already given to the solicitor and he made notes of that information at the time!!! I have wasted over a month with this company I am so glad I didn't part with any money....not that they asked for any.
The old saying You Get What You Pay For certainly applies here....they may offer the cheaper Will service but.....???

That was my personal experience and with that in mind you decide accordingly should you wish to place your business with them.
I lost confidence in their ability to act accurately and timely.

I have engaged with KK Law on the death of two of my relatives, on two separate occasions over the last five years. I can't express how caring, thoughtful and professional during the process. In fact any questions, I ask Rob and/or Karen are always answered with 12 hours. They are have taken the stress out of the process and given guideness. Hence I can't recommend KK Law highly enough.
