Top rate, personal, efficient, and honest service from Stephen during our sale & purchase. Significantly more pleasant to deal with than our previous solicitor and all for a better price too. Unlike the other solicitors, it felt like our move was important to him, rather than I was taking time out of his day to contact him. More than happy to recommend!

I used Smith Sutcliffe solicitors when I was purchasing a property a couple of years ago, I was very happy with the services that they have rendered on my behalf, therefore I came back again early this year when I was purchasing another property , and again it has been a satisfying experience. I especially want to say a big thank you to Ms Helen Thomson, she always replied my emails promptly, explained to me with great patience everytime I raised a question. I will no doubt come back again in future and will recommend you to others !

Having used Smith Sutcliffe for a number of years I can honestly not fault them. Debbie has looked after our family on numerous property sales and has always got the job done swiftly, professionally and kept us in the know as to what is going on. Helen has taken care of a recent transaction and again, faultless. Thank you Debbie, Helen & Co.

Worst solicitors. Avoid. Have an inept ability to not tell the truth. Astonishingly bad.

Debbie Ingham did the conveyancing for the sale of my mother's former 3 bedroom semi detached house in Padiham. From offer to completion the transaction took an eye watering 1 year, 3 weeks and 3 days. I did as much as I could on my own because getting her to do anything was impossible. I should've gone to the ombudsman but by the end of it I was a wreck!

Our family solicitors for generations. Recently used them for a sale of a property and as always a very professional and courteous service.
