Had a very good experience with Now Legal for my property purchase. Claudia and the rest of the team were extremely prompt and efficient and engaged really helpfully with the agent and vendor. Recommended.

I hired now-legal to be the conveyancer for my first home purchase, which was a help to buy new build property.

Service was acceptable throughout. Nothing to write home about but passable.

The final few days to completion were however incredibly poor. I didn't receive any updates except when I sent multiple chase emails. I was told everything was fine, however the day before completion it was found the help to buy application was missing paperwork. Why wasn't this found sooner? I felt this was incredibly poor as I was paying extra for a help to buy expert who didn't appear to know what needed done in this area.

Ultimately we did complete on the house however I would not recommend now-legal and won't be working with them again in the future.

We used Now Legal as they had been recommended to us. We dealt with Rachel Stubbs, she was very professional and answered any questions very promptly. The fees were reasonable, overall very pleased.
