We have recommended Harrison Clark Rickerbys to several of our clients to have professionally written terms and conditions for the websites. Their in-depth e-commerce experience means that our clients can feel secure that their T&Cs should get them out of any pricing mistakes or other sticky situations.

I have experience with one of the solicitors from this solicitor-house related to child matter where detail knowing Hague Convention rules is important. Over the years I had met different solicitor-houses and now am giving the first positive review because I met a solicitor with the set of qualities that I believe are extremely rare; outstandingly knowledgeable solicitor, with exact understanding a client's needs (adult and children’s, respectively) and willing to communicate the information in a reliable and exact way - direct but not trying to rise their service significance with skewed and complex answers, or unnecessary ramping up fear as many solicitors do.

The worst day ever using this solicitors, offensive senior partner in Hereford, and Cheltenham branch overpriced services and incomplete work. Since writing the truth about this firm, now they refuse to rectify their mistakes they made and return the full amount to me for none completion, which is disgusting and offensive. PS The response they wrote is a pack of lies to deceive people into believing their will change they won't. They remain overpriced and ineffective in every aspect.

My family and I have had the misfortune of dealing with HCR to resolve the Estate of my late father.

What is already a painful process was made even more difficult by the individual (I will not name names) from this firm. He was arrogant, rude towards family members (bringing one to tears), invariably unresponsive, and on several occasions we did not trust his advice and indeed had to take independent advice which went against his.

To rub salt in the wound, his final bill was extortionate and completely above average value.

Similar to many of the other reviews, we will certainly never use this firm again and would urge others to avoid too.

I don't usually post reviews but feel compelled to make sure noone has to put up with the arrogant and inexcusable service we have suffered from HCR Law (the firm).
This firm have bullied and harassed us for nearly a year due to a conveyancing mistake that they made and then tried to blame on us, the paying customer. The Legal Ombudsman have found them to be in the wrong but HCR Law will still receive no consequence for the initial wrong or the subsequent handling of the fallout they caused.
The stress, heartache, financial and emotional turmoil this firm thought was acceptable to put us through is deplorable.
I will never use HCR Law for any legal matter ever again.
You have been warned.

The initial complaint lay with the Worcester Branch but the Cheltenham Branch also were involved.

I needed a certificate certified and this was dealt with promptly and professionally by Ms Carris Peacey. I was absolutely satisfied with the service I received. Also the 2 ladies working on reception were helpful and friendly.

You could hand over a bundle of your hard earned cash to HCR. Or you could go to the nearest park, create a nice pile of £20 notes and set fire to it.

If I could give zero stars I would. This firm has impacted greatly on my partner's health both mentally and physically in a negative way. All beneficiaries of the estate that HCR are dealing with in this probate case are of very mature years and need the details dealt with in a timely manner but have faced two years of procrastination with no feasible explanation and even total avoidance with replying to letters and emails.
My partner is now of a frail disposition both mentally and physically which this firm has and will not take into consideration. This has been shown by their treatment towards my partner.
Avoid this Cheltenham firm with their motto 'Passion for people' emblazoned across their reception area. (What an insult!) You have been warned by me and other reviewers.
