I went in person to ask for an appointment as I live locally. Front door was locked even though it was 3.30pm on a Monday and the office hours state it is open weekdays 9am - 5pm. Knocked on the door and a man opened it reluctantly. He asked me what I wanted, so I explained that I needed legal representation for a motoring offence. He then proceeded to tell me he was busy working on "very important matters" and that mine was much too trivial a case for him to consider. He also somewhat smugly stated that he had never made such a motoring offence, as if that is relevant in any way. I thanked him for his time and quickly left, bemused that someone so rude, condescending and unprofessional could have paying clients.

Jeremy Wickham is an extremely knowledgeable and highly effective solicitor, who has the necessary legal points at his fingertips. Above all he is a really friendly and pleasant person .
