Whiskers acted on behalf of the people purchasing my property.
They allowed the sale to continue for 8 weeks with all relevant paperwork completed to the point of exchange whereby they then told us that the buyers did not have a mortgage, even though they had updated our agent on May 16th that they had the mortgage offer.
Additionally their communication (as noted in previous reviews) is non existent, they never responded to our solicitor, estate agent, or apparently the buyers.
There are many other very competent conveyancing solicitors in Essex and would suggest that you use anyone of those over Whiskers Epping.

I have made a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman regarding their inept ability to follow simple due diligence, making sure a mortgage was in place.

Myself and my partner moved into a property earlier last year and Jessica Glazier was supposed to contact the land registry to notify them of the move. I spoke to them recently as thought this would take a while to update and was told an application was never submitted. In all my years of being alive I have never received such a bad service. Please do not put yourself into business with these lot they will hide information such as they did with us by hiding a 4th person in our chain. Ignore your calls and never get back to you. I’m not a fussy person with reviews but I need to let others know not to go with such a mockery of a company.
