Obviously moving during the ongoing situation has been an anxious and stressful process but Seymours have been a real island of calm in the storm. Preeti our assigned solicitor has been amazing; proactively keeping on top of all communication between the various estate agents, solicitors and sales professionals involved in our property chain all the way from notification of sale to exchange of contract. When I sold my house, I foolishly ignored my Estate Agents advice to use Seymours. Instead, I thought I'd save a bit of money and I used a cheap conveyancer (also based in Leamington). This was a huge mistake.

After accepting an offer for my house in September, it took until April to complete the sale... and there was not even a chain! The conveyancers were slow, totally unresponsive and inaccurate. Because of them, my sales nearly fell through on multiple occasions which was very stressful.

When I came to purchase my new property, I wasn't making the same mistake again, so I contacted Seymours. Yes, they were a little bit more expensive, but the service was top quality. I was recommended to use Preeti by my estate agent, I was told she was very professional and kept a firm grip on things. Using Seymours was probably the best decision I made in this situation. Both Preeti and Emily were very good at responding back to my emails, in fact I could drop them an email and would receive a response within minutes.
