June came recommended to me as somebody who is very thorough and professional in her conveyencing (with both buyers and sellers). I have to say that more than one local estate agent tried to redirect me from her. My view is that this is because June is so meticulous. My experience of her is that she is wonderful: thorough, reliable, straight to the point and personable. I was a buyer this time but others I know have used her when selling and say the same. I would not hesitate to use her services again as a buyer or seller.

We thought we'd use these as we thought it would be easier having someone local to deal with, things seemed okay at first was had to get in to see her at first with lockdown 1.0, but we had phone calls and tried to keep in touch which was difficult as she doesn't reply to emails, eventually when we did manage to ho in and see her we went through everything again that we did over the phone, whether we were first time buyers, had help to buy isa's and all the other gubbins, we got a bit concerned about our help to buy isa's and wondered when we'd get the money, we asked and June came back and told us that we hadn't said we had them (3 of us lost out on the help to buy scheme) we did tell her multiple times over the phone and in person, it's her job to ask these questions and it's not like we'd tell her no we don't have HTB isa's and that we're not first time buyers cause that would make 0 sense, she she's not tried compensating us in any way for her mistake, and tried to get us to change the move in date on all the documents after we'd already moved in, in which the mortgage lender quickly said no! So we're left ~£3000 out of pocket in which we needed to help make our new house our home! Wouldn't recommend, everytime I mention who we used to anyone they always say "has she not retired yet" guess she should of a while back, could be starting to get forgetful!

They are coping with the increased workload of the stamp duty holiday but only just. Still my Conveyancer of choice.

Absolute rubbish. Lies to all parties involved. And slow. Do not use.
