At least one of the negative reviews on this business page is false. The same false name has left a negative review on my business page. I believe I know the identity of the party concerned. He was not happy when I advised him that I agreed with Bond Joseph's advice and that he correctly pleaded guilty to an offence of harassment. (He had admitted the offences in police interview).

I was with Daniel and Edwards in Ramsgate in my teenage years. And my first solisiter was a lovely man called Mr Miles. He regretfully retired so I went to bond and Joseph with Phill Rowley and nearly 30 years later we still enjoy a good working relationship I'm honest to him him me. I had Ian bond once in court and how he got me bail ? It was acted like a master magictions trick. No offense phip. But I do enjoy c ing him now and then just being bars. Your mad if you don't consider this firm compared to the rest there in a league of there own. Why wait. Take care Phil Ian xx

Thank you for defending me in magistrates court, a reliable group of solicitors who eased my anxiety and helped me achieve the outcome I was hoping for.

Failed to defend a restraining order appropriately when it was clearly made unlawfully. The solicitor agreed an appeal was appropriate after I pointed out the illegality, she filed the appeal. This is one reason for the second star. Sadly, a more senior lawyer then refused to continue the appeal, so I will do that myself.
The same senior lawyer then defended a straight forward self defence claim by advocating on self defence as a side issue. He's argument to lay magistrates was convoluted and difficult to follow, a guilty finding was inevitable. I have to appeal this now because it wasn't defended appropriately.

The fact that they gave me pro bono representation on one occasion and the fact that my first lawyer and psr were very good, even though she made a mistake in the restraining order is the only reason they get the second star.

You are probably better off representing yourself than using these lawyers. Or better still pay for a private lawyer even if you can't afford it.
