Sorry, was trying to obtain reasons as to why the company cannot get involved with enquiry to establish if I must search for specific companies and very rudely had the call terminated. When one needs assistance in a emergency one would expect a more diplomatic approach from a professional company.

I recently used Robson & co in Folkestone which I deeply regret now. Something that they told me would take 4 to 6 weeks ended up taken 6 months. I was shocked with the communication from the solicitor Barry keating and receptionists Alice and Alyson. When we phoned on multiple occasions to get any updates we were always told we'd be rung back but that very rarely happen. We also sent alot of emails and again very rarely got an answer and if we did it would be a week to two weeks later with very little content. We sent all the information they needed but we was told they had not received it. This was because the receptionist hadn't forwarded it to solicitor. The right hand simply didn't know what left one was doing. Me and my partner also incurred increased mortgage payments due to how long Robson and co took to complete the job. We were glad when when everything was completed but was one of the worst experience I've had with a service that we had to pay for. If you need a solicitor , do your self a favour and save your self alot of stress and do not use Robson & Co as they are completely incompetent.

Totally disappointed with the experience. Lack of professionalism and urgency. The meeting was chaotic and unstructured. Decided to cancel any work by Robsons

Simon the solicitor phoned and gave me advice whilst he was on holiday.
Very professional and friendly. I have full confidence in them.
Have since had work done by Simon, very quickly sorted although it was quite difficult.
I wholeheartedly recommend this company.
